The pallet frame 860 x 660 mm (loading dimension 810 x 610 mm) is designed for transporting smaller boxes in production. It is made of fully welded steel profiles 45 x 45 and 40 x 40. The frame has a load capacity of 1,000 kg. There are welded supports for pallets or so-called 'ears' for cranes at each corner. The frame is equipped with two flexible and two fixed forks with brakes and high-quality 200 mm PP wheels with roller bearings. The brake allows the use of the frame in train compositions, so-called 'routenzug'. The loading height is 280 mm. The frame is powder-coated in RAL 5007 (dark blue). The weight of the frame is 25 kg.
